Listing Your Vehicle

Concierge Auto Negotiator offers a range of ad packages for private sellers. You can view available options by entering your ZIP code on our "Sell Your Car" page. By listing a vehicle on our site, you agree to our Terms of Sale and affirm that you have the legal right to sell the vehicle. You must provide accurate identifying and contact information, and you may not charge potential buyers for any information about the vehicle.

By using our platform to sell your vehicle, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are not a dealer listing vehicles in a professional capacity. If you need to list more than five vehicles at once, please contact us to make special arrangements.

We may promote your listing on other websites or services as added value. If you receive unsolicited offers from third parties that you did not authorize, please report them to us.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing, including the vehicle’s description and any photos. We take accuracy seriously to maintain trust on our platform.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Visitor Agreement or the Concierge Auto Negotiator Sites will be resolved through binding arbitration or in small claims court. By using our site, you agree to resolve any claims individually and waive the right to participate in a class action or collective arbitration.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Concierge Auto Negotiator Sites for any reason, including violation of this agreement, legal requirements, or fraudulent activity.
